For the past few years, I have attempted without luck to find coverage which beats what Debra Ward's services provide. By combining all my needs I am offered a great cost effective service. I have been using D. Ward to find insurance for my Dealership and Auto Repair Shop! They always find me the best price on insurance. I have had my home; auto; flood; rental property; and umbrella insurance through D. Ward Insurance for many years. I was referred to them from a friend in refinance and who obviously is able to observe insurance rates provided by his many clients. I get many email offers from State Farm etc. that indicate I can get cheaper home insurance rates, but then you talk to people that have insurance with them and are disappointed when they need a new roof etc.
I have found them to be honest; informative; and competitive on all my insurance needs and having all my policies with them I get a great discount through Auto Owners. Do yourself a favor and consider them for your insurance needs.

I have been with D. Ward Insurance for well over ten years with both my home and auto insurance. I prefer an independent insurance agency like D. Ward Insurance because they can shop my needs and get me the best in quality and rate. At one point my homeowners insurance increased with no apparent reason. D. Ward Ins. was able to shop my insurance needs and decreased my premium by 30%. They have always been responsive returning telephone calls at least same day, but usually within an hour. Great agency to work with.

The Unprofessionalism exhibited by this Company matches the unprofessionalism exhbited by their client that damaged the post and roof of my home. I only spoke with Val once and she was so hell bent on being nasty she never listened. Yes i am frustrated and trying to verify them as a legit business and file a claim, why this alleged company is frustrated and unprofessional I dont know. Its your job sweet heart!

5 stars all the way! I was very impressed with the level of professionalism along with that they make you feel as though you've known them for years and they are just good friend advising you on options with insurance. We didn't know what we were missing in terms of coverage with our other broker and Debbie broke it down and gave great examples so it was easier to understand the different options, and what was needed to have the coverage we wanted. The transition process went smooth and she was always available to answers my questions along the way. Highly recommend this company!
