Ohio has had a financial responsibility law since 1953, but strict laws were enacted in October of 1995. The law requires law enforcement officials to verify proof of financial responsibility when a motorist is stopped for any moving violation, accident or vehicle safety inspection. I have used this agency several times before and they are always quick and efficient this last time I dealt with Julie and she was honest with me that another carrier could probably find me a better rate and due to her honesty I saved a lot of money and I will definitely be going back to them in the future

This was the 3rd place we went for car insurance. After having Allstate we were looking to lower our payment. You don't even want to know what it was! We kept hearing "go to Verne Hart" so we did. We are so happy we did because we lowered our payment by 70$! The trip was super fast because she had prepared my quote over the phone & had everything ready to go. O was planning on it taking a while but we were basically in & out. The woman that helped us worked very hard to fit our quote to our needs but still saving us a bunch of money! Would recommend Verne Hart to anyone!

The girl who works here is rude like she's above the customer seems funny since I been a customer for years and she cycles through the same three outfits so I'm pretty sure she makes average wages steer clear unless you want to be treated like trash for asking a question get rid of the rude thing or put her in the back

I was treated very badly, like I was a vagrant when I wanted to pay my premium with cash. Like I was beneath the people working for Verne Hart Insurance. The person behind the counter acked like I was trash for wanting to pay with good ole American cash. I will be finding a new insurer. So sad been with them for years. Oh yeah I would give no star but have no choice in order to write a review
