Trying to figure out Health Insurance for me was like being lost at sea. I feel so lucky to have been introduced to Cook Insurance Group and Tess Carlson. Since the first phone call she has been patient, informative, and all around had my back when it came to health insurance. She helped me find the plan that was right for me as well as helped/helping me navigate through some tricky billing situations. I recommend to anyone that needs insurance to pick up the phone and call CIP. Beyond amazing all around A++

I am very happy with Cook Insurance, and I have used them to insure my home and business for several years. They offer excellent value, as I learned when given quotes from other providers. And, when I needed them to provide certificates and details to my mortgage company, they were very helpful and quick to respond.

Everytime I email or call them even during the beginning of the Pandemic they get back to me promptly. I now have not only used them for my car insurance but my health and dental as well. No other broker has been as honest about my options. And if one of them is unavailable another will respond while they are out.

Came to the rescue last minute to provide me insurance for my condo! Saved me a lot of hassle. Appreciate the hard work.

They say you don't know you have a good thing until it's gone but I have ALWAYS known that I had a good thing with Tessa as my account manager for my NV health insurance. I haven't ever been very knowledgeable about health insurance since my ex husband normally took care of those things for me. Tessa has been there for me to answer any and all questions that I had, big. small. and probably silly.

Can I also add that she never made me feel silly? She made sure I knew how my coverage worked and that I was getting the lowest price for my income level. I can never thank her enough for all the work she did for me. I have since moved to TX and cannot seem to find a Tessa anywhere. I'm currently (and messily) navigating my own way through the health insurance enrollment process, wishing I had the same service I had with Tessa.

There's incompetent imbeciles and then there is Carl Cook. This guy actually said, in writing, that he didn't care about my claim. Don't risk your personal or business insurance with his company. Just the worst.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Carl and his company are terrible. I honestly can't believe he's still in business. There are so many better agencies out there. Don't waste your time, money or energy.

Carl, Becky, and Tessa run a wonderful agency that has helped me with all my insurance needs. They are always happy to shop around my policy to find the best possible rate. Definitely recommend!

Cassie is amazing! Cook insurance group and Cassie are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Every time I call needing something, example certificate of liability, I have it in my email within minutes. I cant thank them enough and I'm happy to say my company will be doing business with them for a long time to come.

Too bad I can't give zero stars. I decided to switch my business insurance to Cook because a close friend of mine worked there and I wanted to support him. After he left service to my account immediately went into the toilet and due to their own incompetence to my account, I had to pay $14,000 in fines over two-year policies due to them not updating my audit results.

The insurance carrier placed a fine on my policy for their screw up not once but twice. After the second time, I canceled with them but am still on the hook for a $9,000 fine because Cook didn't adjust my account to the correct reported revenue. I would advise anyone to not go with this company to have them take care of your insurance needs, you'll regret it in the long run. Learn from my mistakes.

Theresa Carlson is the best ever, she knows her stuff! I had to get Obama/Trump care and it was a nightmare for me! Theresa, aka Tessa, got me insured in record timing. She works with you on your schedule. I highly recommend Tessa for her patience, efficiency, professionalism and overall, she's a nice person.

Cook Insurance Group are criminals and I don't understand how they can stay in business. They are basically a third party company that finds the lowest bidder for your insurance needs. Google can do the same thing with much better results. After contacting Carl Cook to find renters insurance I paid them and they sent me over the contact to be signed.

Before signing I found much cheaper insurance with better coverage on my own so I declined Carl Cook's policy and was told I would receive my refund in 2 weeks. It never came. I called and they said it might take a couple of months. It still never came. I called repeatedly and was always told that Carl couldn't come to the phone and the check would be sent out soon. It's been over a year and this thief still hasn't returned calls or sent me my check.

I call that theft. Why would anyone use Cook Insurance Group when there are actually companies that take pride in what they do and treat customers with respect? You don't. Find someone else to give your business to or use google to find the cheapest rates on insurance.

I have been a client of Cook Insurance Group for 14+ years and they handle all of my insurance needs from auto, home business and health insurance. I recommend Cook Insurance Group to all of my clients as they always go above and beyond to make sure my clients and myself are taken care of. It is a time saver to have 1 point of contact for all of your insurance needs and when it is renewal time, they always shop for the best rate for you before they renew your policy. Why go anywhere else?

WARNING! STAY FREE & CLEAR of these guys! I was with Carl Cook Insurance Group for years, until I had a couple of accidents on my record. They had me insured through Travelers which was good until they decided to cancel my policy because of those dings. When I talked to Traci, he said "don't worry buddy, we will find someone else to cover you." So, I trusted him to find me someone else to insure me. Well, as my policy expired with Travelers I called Traci who btw ALWAYS tells you he will call you back! he NEVER does!

When I finally had got a hold of him, it had caused me to lapse and the DMV fined me $250 for each vehicle which I had three, do the math ($750) in fines which I am now stuck with! When I called Carl Cook himself he said it was not his problem and he said its your job as a consumer to make sure you have insurance, really?!?!? Isn't this why I hired you?!?!

My mistake I guess its "my" responsibility to do there job? Do not let the other positive reviews fool you! You might be saying, oh here is just another negative person trying to bad mouth these guys because he has nothing better to do, in fact I really dont have time to be sitting here writing this, but I felt its highly important you all know the real truth about Carl Cook and his associates. I thought they were nice guys, but in fact they are poor business men.!

I have been with Cook Insurance group for 13 years. I have always received excellent service and Carl goes above and beyond any insurance agent I have ever worked with. I recommend Cook Insurance to everyone I meet.

Love Carl and his staff, I have had my vehicles insured for years and Carl always takes time with his customers to find them discounts and deals. He continues to amaze me. Thank you Carl for taking that extra step and asking the right questions to save me money on my car insurance.
