I have been under workers comp with AIA and ACA since 2007. All I have ever gotten is the runaround with them. I have to beg them ever month for prescription refills, Dtr's appts, etc. I currently need back and neck surgery and I have been trying for almost 10 weeks to get an approval. Working with La'Quisha McCreary has been miserable. Mrs. Barbara Evans tried to assist but now she won't even contact me.
Their customer service and care are very poor for a long term person. If AIA and ACA don't want to help you they ignore your calls and put you on a direct VM. Then never return calls then. This company is awful to the people in need even if your are on long term workers comp Medical's.

Michelle, it is NOT ok to go back and forth with a customer because you're tired of explaining something (THATS YOUR JOB). Constantly insulting someone and adding "ma'am!" at the end doesn't take away from the fact you're being belligerent! Rolling your neck and trying to get the last word in definitely shows your lack of professionalism. I gave TWO stars only because the woman who sits to the far left is always polite and has no problem doing her job correctly and efficiently.
