What a bunch of scammers. Continues to charge me for a claim that has been ended almost a year ago. Previously disputed the charge and they continue to keep charging my card.

STAY AWAY! 3 months to file a claim and it's still not paid plus they do not want to pay the true costs for repair. It's a $40000 job and they sent me a check for $11000. Lol. Absolute joke. Meanwhile I had shitwater in my house and so far I'm out of pocket $20,000 because I obviously had to start repairs without them.

My car was broken into right outside my apt door while I was moving. That was a month ago and I still haven't received a check to replace my stolen items. I have continually reached out to my claims representative, I have filled out everything they have asked me to, I have sent pictures, receipts, police report, credit card statements, and a detailed list of the items taken. No one ever calls me back or even tries to take care of this issue. Needless to say we will be switching companies as soon as this is rectified!

Do not use this company. Worst customer service ever and not even close to reasonable prices. Reached out about a past due bill to make a payment arrangement, was told customer service would contact me. No one ever reached out, ever. Now, account went to a collector, who can't tell me anything about why I have never received any notification from their agency, but then says they have had account since Feb., but they never bothered to even send a letter. They also said that all communication should go through them but original account holder is still sending invoices. Sounds awful fishy to me. Don't trust these people.

I started a claim months ago. I was bitten by a dog on there insured property. I am given the run around and no one will get back to me to follow up. My Claim examiner never can find any information I send her via email. She hasn't read it or responded. This company is a joke. I would not use them as a insurance company ever! You will not get the service they tell you are getting. Lazy and totally unprofessional!

What a poorly run company! Sold my house 2/14/19. Sent them bill of sale and cancelled and waited for reimbursement of unused insurance coverage. Never got it -- got instead nasty notice that I had to renew policy or be in violation on my mortgage. What mortgage? The one that was paid off when I sold? The one listed on the paperwork I sent with my cancellation request?

After 4 phone calls, being hung up on, and talking to a brain dead foreign based customer service rep, things are still not resolved. AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Sally Andrade was assigned to my claim on 3/13. I finally received a report from her on 4/10 after contacting my local agent to follow up on my claim. When I contacted Ms. Andrade to ask for clarification with regards to what was and was not being covered she was abrupt, and rude. When I said, I get that you are overtalking me and trying to get me off the phone but I would just like some clarification, she got loud and said she was not and "don't you go there!".

I asked for her manager and she hung up on me. This happened today and I am awaiting a call from a supervisor. Totally appalled at the way I was treated by a company representative that is to provide service that I pay for!

On 6/4 I was sideswiped by an insured of QBE insurance. I opened a claim against his insurance. I was working with Amyra Deering and the manager Kimmi. Amyra would never answer her phone and would rarely respond to email. I provided the insurance company with the police report that I paid for as well as the statement taken by the officer at the scene of the accident.

In the police report it shows that their insured was at fault. It took the adjuster two and a half weeks to come to the same conclusion as the police report. I had damage on my car on the front bumper, fender, door, mirror, and rear bumper and taillight. They paid for everything except the rear bumper and taillight. They claim it was not caused by the accident when it clearly is at the same level of the front impact, the body shop said it was lined up perfectly with the other damage.

This business has hung up the phone on me when discussing about the damage. They have been rude as well as mean. The body man said that he has never dealt with an insurance company that would treat someone like that. He tried contacting them and got the same response I did. He had an adjuster from a different company at his body shop and asked him to look at my car, the adjuster said that is most definitely from the accident and that it should be covered by the insurance. He told QBE insurance this and we never heard back from them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Horrible! I've reported them to BBB. QBE Insurance is unethical and about to be in violation of the Illinois Insurance Code. Their assured's truck driver backed into my vehicle almost a month ago and not only did the first claims adjuster I dealt with harassing me while I was supposed to be giving my statement of the incident but she blamed me for the incident and wouldn't let me talk.

I then reached out for management and was assigned another adjuster who seemed very nice but I found out lied to me saying they hadn't gotten a statement from the driver and I should file with my insurance and after I got yelled at by the company who's driver hit me saying I was the one lying that the driver gave a statement that morning I emailed the adjuster who wouldn't respond so I called and they told me the driver did give their statement and said I hit them and that even though the photos show otherwise and there was no damage to the truck but the passenger side of my car is a mess that their (the adjusters) opinion was "whatever the customer says happened" I called the police department that responded to the accident and found out that not only did the driver get a citation for improper backing (they backed out of an entry only way of a parking lot into my car while I was driving down the street) but the driver gave a statement to the police confirming they backed into me and QBE has this police report. Not only are they unethical but the Insurance code requires responses they will not give. Get ready for a fight if you are involved with a claim that QBE insures.

Laziest insurance company I have ever seen! 6 months they have played games with my claim, not returning phone calls, faxing out distorted documents to delay claims process etc, then changing workers mid claim and sitting on the claim doing absolutely NOTHING! About to go PUBLIC AND UP MY $$$$ I tried being nice and fair. MY MISTAKE!
