They reached out to me in some marketing and all seemed fine. Then my policy was cancelled by a senior underwriter? What ever that means. Then they took forever to get a check and they charged me a late fee? I paid on time and never had insurance with them previously. Finally got my boat insurance through Geico for less money.

Rarely answer when called. Messages left many times and never called back. Canceled my insurance and went went USAA!

To cancel after we sold the boat took 3 times calling them. the first 2 calls left voicemails and no call back for days. third call on hold for over 30 mins. before speaking to someone
