I'm not usually one to put reviews out in a public forum but i feel it would be a disservice to anyone looking for insurance agencies reviews not to post this one. I have been dealing with an incredible knowledgeable agent for approximately 6 years if not more her name is Melissa Souza with Partners Insurance before that i was with her through AAA and Mapfre Ins. after Melissa left AAA my policies were neglected and not renewed or serviced when i requested changes. Thankfully i happened to see Melissa's Name appear on a Facebook page and located her at Partners Insurance to tell you i couldn't change my business quick enough would be an understatement when she replaced my policy she saved me money and i received more coverage than i previously had, i cannot recommend Partners Agency enough and if Melissa is your agent you have no more worries about your insurance anymore thank you once again Melissa Souza

Kathryn is the Best! Very professional and always goes out of her way to make sure we receive the best service. Recently we were involved in an accident and she made it as painless as possible. Thank You Kathryn we appreciate all that you do. And we wish history not to repeat itself though we're in good hands.

I have to say this insurance group is one of the best ones around I started with is my car insurance and because of the great customer service I got from Kat, I ended up switching my renters insurance, then mortgage, and my husband's insurance. Very reasonable Prices. I have been with them for a good six years and I have no complaints they're very efficient and always available when I have any questions. Kat, thank you so much for all your hard work throught the years!

I highly recommend Kathryn (Kat) Gill and Partners Ins. From the minute we first talked about how high my previous insurance policy was, I knew I was in the right hands. Kat was able to get me all the possible discounts, walked me step by step through the process and was able to save me around $1000!

Let me start off by saying that I rarely submit google reviews. Though my experience with an agent by the name of Josalyn Caradimos convinced me to share how ecstatic I am with my new policy. I came across Partners Insurance, and was immediately connected with Josalyn. I explained that I needed a home and auto insurance quote, and within a few hours, she had carefully set me up with both, for the price of what I was paying on just my auto insurance.

She nearly had to find me better health insurance, because my jaw dropped so hard. She was very attentive, polite, and a complete joy to my wallet. Thank you very much, Josalyn. Highly recommend this company, and her.

What do I like most about this business? That's very simple, Constance Weida! From the moment I sent her my current home and auto policies to signing the paperwork she was so helpful and answered all of my questions. She really knew what she was talking about and made changing much less scary. I'd been with my previous agent for my auto for many years and had been nervous about switching my homeowner's policy. She made the process simple and saved me about $800/year! She is exceptional and I will recommend her and Partners to my friends and family.

I was referred to Partners Insurance 4 years ago and I couldn't be happier. Every staff member I have dealt with has been nothing short of professional, attentive, courteous, helpful, sincere and understanding. They have ALWAYS researched which carrier has the best current program to suit my needs. I highly recommend Partners Insurance. I can't say enough about the friendly, professional, & competitive service that Patrick and all the folks at Partners provide. Insurance is something that I dreaded until I met the folks at Partners. I can't even remember how long I've had this agency but it's been a long time. I would like to thank all the staff here, members such as, Julie, Melissa and Loriann, along with their leader Jocelyn. With all the changes and the fact that MA has so many regulations, I know having these ladies, I never have to worry. I've never had a bad experience.
