I can't pick just one "like" to describe this company! Everyone is always so nice, very professional (I feel like I always ask mundane questions, but they always treat me with respect and never make me feel unimportant; no question is too big or too small), they always answer any correspondence quickly, they are so easy to work with; if I need to make changes or have questions about billing they always get me what I need or direct me where to go.

Insurance is something that we all must have in many different aspects of life. Working with Pam, it's never a burden; there is no hidden agenda, no up-selling. The sad fact that customer service is dying with everything being automated, not with Associates of Glens Falls! It's so refreshing to be appreciated by a live person.
