We had the misfortune of working with Brett insurance over the past year. We held 2 business policies, home, and auto insurance. We paid for all of these policies upfront and were billed additionally throughout the year. not sure why, no one could explain what the charges were for. We were encouraged to buy a $2,000 policy for a company we did not end up proceeding with and Jim Brett told us that we would be refunded if we didn't move forward with that business.
We were additionally billed for this nonexistent company and our "refund" for the unused $2,000 was returned in the amount of $120. Our auto policy was paid upfront and randomly billed throughout the year with no explanation(see the pattern) but our new insurance agency couldn't find the previous policy, apparently it was never purchased? This was scary to find out AFTER driving across the country twice. Save yourself a lot of money and worry, find someone else. Also, send a man to talk to Jim Brett because he is incredibly disrespectful in the way he talks to women.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with them. They reported me twice to motor vehicle saying I didn't have insurance when in fact I did. Motor vehicles suspended my registration for 60 days because of this insurance company. I wouldn't send nobody to them because of the false information they sent to motor vehicle.

Absolutely the worst company I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. When I got my auto insurance policy I was told that I could not get full coverage or collision on my vehicle because of the age of the vehicle. It was a 2002 and got the policy in 2017. Had a car accident last week person in front of me turned with no signal and I couldn't avoid the accident so I pretty much got screwed out of my vehicle.
Forget the fact that I paid my policy in full and on time every month for a year and a half to have them tell me that the first time I need their assistance that there is nothing they can do for me and I should have had full coverage and collision. You know the stuff I was told I couldn't get. Will never do business with them.

Several years ago, when i started into practice, i was told i need to have insurance. Being a novice with being in business, and insurance, I had Brett Insurance Agency write my policy. The price was very affordable. I had no idea what all my policy covered. Two years later, my office burned down. I was surprised and relieved what all that policy covered. Brett Insurance will always write my policy. Thanks
