Golf Carts have become the main form of travel in some communities in Florida. With a high number of retirees, it's an easy way to travel between friends and recreation. Golf carts are great for using on the golf course or even around the yard to help with chores. But accidents can happen that could result in loss if you are not covered.
Homeowners Insurance is a form of property insurance. It covers loss and damage to private residences or single-family homes. It also provides liability coverage that protects homeowners in the event of accidents in the home or on the property. The homeowners insurance policy may cover interior damage, exterior damage, loss/damage to personal assets, or injury that occurs on the property. Each policy will have limits that determine the amount of coverage. Homeowners insurance is different from home warranty and mortgage insurance.
Condo Insurance generally protects the condominium as well as personal belongings in the event of a loss. This "walls-in" coverage can protect the condo unit from the wall coverings in. This means that everything within the unit is covered as per the specifics outlined in the policy. The Master Homeowners Association Insurance Policy or HOA policy protects the building and common areas, but does not cover the interior of the individual units.

I couldn't be happier with my interactions with this company. They promptly informed me of my options, while explaining each one.
