The staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk, however, the agent that was to help us get insurance stopped replying and never sent us the quotes promised. He simply stopped responding to my emails. I could be wrong, but I was under the impression insurance agents work for commission. If that's the case, the agent I dealt with lost money simply because he couldn't be bothered. On the positive side, we now have an insurance agent who has gone above and beyond.
