Top of the line customer service. Sarah at AJ Realty truly cares about matching people with the right home for them! We didn't know anything about the house we ended up purchasing-Sarah found us the perfect home and after she showed it to us, we didn't need to look any further. She took time with us, helped explain benefits and drawbacks to each place we looked, and she cared.
The experience didn't feel like a sales pitch and it wasn't drawn out or painful; it felt like a friend trying to find the exact right home for our needs (and wants) as efficiently as possible without rushing us. Her attention to detail is incredible, she really knows the area, she worked hard to understand exactly what we wanted and her response time was really quick! Sarah was truly lovely to work with. IN ADDITION-She sold our home in TWO DAYS. She helped us through that whole process-from cleaning and preparing to listing and showing, she was so thorough and was very direct, which was exactly what we needed.

Sarah Zbornik helped us immensely during this transaction. We were out-of-state buyers and she was able to hook us up with everything we needed, from obtaining local insurance, how to get the utilities turned over, and even remodeling referrals. We relied on her every step of the way, always checking in with us during the pending sale, and even after to make sure we were happy with the home, and if we needed anything.
