Critical: Professionalism This has got to be the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Raise my policy $600 after this pandemic even though I wasn't even open for business. I made an insurance claim when I reopened in the day of the repair they said I didn't have the correct coverage that I asked for when I signed up with these clowns.

Upon moving back to Elizabethtown and my husband starting a new career that did not offer health insurance, we spoke with Ty to help us find the right plan for our family. Though we had a qualifying event, Ty wouldn't help us unless it was during open enrollment, because he wouldn't receive commission. Waiting 3 months without health insurance would mean having our son go 3 months without a refill on his emergency medication. We went elsewhere and do not recommend coming here if all they care about is how much money they can make vs helping a family find the right plan.
