Tim opened the doors of T.L. Daniels Inc. in 1984 and serves clients in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New York, and New Jersey. Born in Cambridge and raised in Easton, MD, he obtained his bachelor's from Western Maryland College in 1982, and his master's from Carnegie Mellon University in 1984.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Just moved to the area and called Tim for a quote. I currently use USAA and was just shopping around as I had just bought a new car. As soon as he heard I was a veteran he became very dismissive and condescending. I never even got a quote.

They told me to pay my bill after I dropped my truck off the insurance and I would get a check sent to me. And then they tell me after I paid it that I wasn't able to get the refund for the rest of the money back that it would just be added to the other vehicles insurance. So I'm looking for a new insurance company.
