I've been to A affordable a few times at this point and I've always had amazing Customer service reps there, this guy named Jeremie has helped me numerous times with different questions he always seems very easy to talk to and very positive and knowledgeable within his job, I appreciate the whole team there and the work they do.

Jeremie goes above and beyond to deal with my insurance issues in a knowledgeable and prompt manner. His warm personality always makes each experience a positive one! I highly recommend A-Affordable, as I have also had great service from their other agents as well!

North Attleboro office customer service is atrocious! After waiting for over 20 mins with 2 clerks and 1 customer already being waited on did I have to leave. It was made worse by the fact I was barely acknowledged with no time frame for assistance. I called customer service to report this as it was not an Isolated incident. I was given generic platitudes for my trouble with no clear resolution. I will not be a customer very long after this. JUST AN OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
