Tommy is wonderful! Is to work with & very responsive. Tommy has helped me finally figure things out with a insurance claim that has been going on for a couple of months now. This is hands down the best insurance agency I have ever had the pleasure of having. It took less than 10 minutes to sign the paperwork and get everything printed out, which is because I already emailed him my last policy so he( Mike Hoffman) already had my quote ready for me. My insurance went from $536 to $282 with the general and now just $122 & that's all in the last year. I highly recommend this insurance agency!

This review is for Mr. Tommy Godfrey. We have had insurance with this company for about a year and a half and the prices are great. But up until this past October I hated calling because I was always afraid of Mike answering the phone. See I've called before with some issues and it just seemed like I was a bother to him. He even transferred me to someone else when I called to make my payment and the girl that took my called was like I don't know why he didn't take your payment.
I was like I don't know but will you please take my payment. I purchased 2 vehicles this past weekend needed coverage and I spoke with mr. Tommy to start then I got mike who yet again seemed like I was an inconvenience. So I was glad when I got Mr. Tommy back. He has been most helpful and I look forward to dealing with him.
