I believe Doug acted dishonestly and unethically. He pulled some funny business in transferring a set of policies in which he took control of them in advance of the agreed upon date and did so without paying for them. He left us without coverage for 3 weeks and did nothing to help sort out the problem. He became unresponsive and dismissive. I feel he is a total fraud and there are better alternatives out there for boating policies.
