Welcome to Wyoming Health Fairs, where our mission is to help you find "Paths to a Healthier You." WHF began providing low-cost blood screenings 30 years ago. Today we serve over 65,000 people each year with locations in Casper, Cheyenne, Laramie, Torrington and Scottsbluff, Nebraska. We also travel throughout the United States for many corporate clients.
Blood Type and Vitamin D will not be reimbursed. C-Reactive Protein, Vitamin B12, Celiac Screening and Testosterone are subject to applicable deductibles and co-insurance and will likely not be 100% reimbursed. Did you know, you can receive 2 Blood Chemistry Panels & 1 Flu Vaccine yearly, FREE of charge? All eligible employees, spouses, retirees and dependents (12 years and older) can receive:.
