L&W Insurance was founded as an independent agency in 1932 by Sal Lobacaro & C. Edgar Wood, as a means for providing insurance to the businesses and residents throughout the state of Delaware. In 1971, Davis Wood took over ownership and laid the foundation for personal service to be at the cornerstone of our success story.

I own Emerald Lawn & Landscaping and never before have I received the excellent service from an insurance company. I needed to put a bid in for a contract I called L & W to ask them to send it over my proof of insurance as I was on my way to meet with the customer.
