Shuttle Service

My family have been traveling with Cline Tour for years, We are planning a family trip for 2022,W e contacted Cline Tour and they have doubled the price when other traveling buses was giving us a great deal even though Cline Tour are the one who we spent our money with over the years, OverPriced

They just don't offer enough hours to their school bus drivers! You can't make a decent living with so few hours the pay per hour is decent but you just don't get the hours needed.

Cancelled tour 5 days before we left. Never use not trustworthy!

Our driver became a member of our little church family. MO, as he is known, is such a delight to be with. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip. May God bless and keep you.

If I could give less than one star I would. Nothing nice to say about them so I will not say anything.

I had a 15 hours bus ride and it was nice. New buses with WiFi and individual outlets to charge your devices. It took too long to switch Drivers. Other than that, no issues.

If they treat their customers anything like they treat everyone around them, it is a wonder they are in business. I've been waiting for them to move their bus that is parked blocking the front door of this hotel since I got here last night 16 hours ago. And I understand that the bus had been there for some time before that. There are plenty of places to park the bus other then in front of the front door.

The winter storm has been gone for 24 hours, but the driver refuses to move the bus out of the way. Really nasty folks. There are other guests at this hotel. And I need to unload my materials for my event but can't because of some lazy butt driver.

I just want to let you'all know that Lisa was our driver this past weeked to Nashville, TN and back. We really enjoyed having her as our driver! She does a GREAT job at driving the bus. She is a very safe driver and a pleasant person. We had her as our driver last year. We always request her whenever she is available! Lisa used to do colorguard in high school. Therefore, she is the perfect driver to take high school kids to colorguard competitions or band competitions.

She knows what it is like to be a band student and traveling on a bus! She is an EXCELLENT driver! We never have to worry for 1 second! She is amazing and should be named: " Employee of the month". She is professional, safe and pleasant".
