I was helping my Mom with her claim. Since she was having many problems dealing with the adjuster through an 800# and not someone local, I decided to stop in to the Three Rivers office in Middleton for some advice. There I met Amy Wilson who was so incredibly helpful! She jumped right in and got answers we had been waiting for. She kept in touch with me giving updates and info.
She was genuinely concerned and she helped myself and my Mom get the ball rolling so that my Mom finally had some peace. I highly recommend Amy and the staff at Three Rivers Insurance. Very helpful and knowledgeable about insurance plans, and she went above and beyond in helping us research and find what worked best for my family. Amy spent extra time (more than usual duties needed) in order to help us get the answers to our questions and to help us understand the insurance options available. I'm very pleased with Three Rivers and would definitely recommend them to friends and family!
