Never sent me a letter to reinstate policy. I had been with them for 8 years. I fell behind on my payments. They were closed for the Holidays and could not accept payments. They said they would send me a reinstatement letter in January 2019 they never did. Called several times. It is now March. I'm canceling my policy. Dianne Allen

Hats off to Rick Simpson, agent for LICOA! We recently invested in two policies with Rick's help. We found him to be very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and fitting us with the best policies for us! Thank you Rick for helping us, for being so time conscious, for being patient with our questions and being so congenial. I highly recommend this company and Mr Rick Simpson as a concerned, caring agent!

With no toll-free fax number and, evidently, only one customer service employee, Debbie (who coincidently is out this week), and no e-mail address that the operator is authorized to provide to which I can send scanned documents, I would recommend steering clear of this unacceptably small-time insurance company. Perhaps they're just behind the times, but, these days, customers expect a more customer friendly customer service experience than I have experience first-hand today.
