If you are a real estate investor and not using NREIG to insure your properties, you may be missing out on the best products and service available! I tried for weeks, weeks I tell you, to find insurance for a property that required special/unique coverage because of where it's located. Once I contacted NREIG through their website, completed a 5 min application, I was immediately contacted by a knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly agent, Marissa. Marissa talked me through the appropriate coverages for my project and got me a quote on the spot!

When it came to the products and service my project required, NREIG and Marissa had the best options. You know I'm super happy with their products and service to take the time to write this long review. But I had to.they definitely deserve the recognition! Alicia

Michele, who was my contact at NREIG was friendly, courteous, patient and professional. She worked with me to come up with a policy that was right for me. I would definitely recommend Michele for developing solutions for your insurance needs.

I've been dealing with them for about couple of months bc I was referred by one of the lenders. I'm an investor with many houses to insure and NREIG had pretty stream-lined process so I chose to work with them. However, their system is set for certain things, so for example, if you were to get quotes for 3 propertise at once, they will charge $50 for each account setup unless you put it all under one account (which might be a conflict if you want to separate your payments). Also, they will give you all three quotes in one pdf and it is very difficult for me to look through it as only monthly payment can be seen.

You have to look really well and find yearly premium within some 15-30 pages. Although they are helpful, the respone rates are horrible. I don't think they do this intentionally, but more like shortage of staff. I've been dealing with certain problems and I have to reach out to them multiple times - but at least, they do give you attention and resolve anything at the end of the day.

Just needs a lot of follow up and it's stressful as people like me need something in a normal time frame to get deals going and focus on other things rather than just insurance. I hope they get back on their feet or get more staffs and be more "investor-friendly" as it looks like a lot of investors are utilizing their service. I just feel so frustrated when nobody answers after multiple emails and phone calls - they come back (they never say sorry, lol) and make it look like as if I'm the crzy person and just resolve the issue under 1-2 emails.

If you are getting quotes for your property here and there, they are good to use; they save a lot of your time but less personal feelings. I have never gone through any claim process.

They have a simple process for getting insurance on investment properties, which is hard to find! Marissa is wonderful to work with, and recently went above and beyond to get a policy issued before our closing on a rental property.

Michele was very efficient and professional. I love her app to set up an appointment to call me back. She was very patient in explaining any questions I had.

This company will never forget to charge you, but when it comes to claim, no matter how well your claim fit in the category that suppose to cover in the policy that is described, they will find any excuse to deny that with basically no reason at all. It is absolutely a waste of money to insure with this company! They do not approve any claim! Period!

I cannot say enough! I have used them in the past, but words cannot express the miracle Marissa pulled off for me today. I needed insurance on an investment property within an hour from closing, and she was able to get me insured for the transaction. Thanks again Marissa, you are amazing!

I had a huge Cash out refi. 40 Properties, a pain in the A**. Trevor Moss went over and beyond to get done what was needed. Things that you would have had to paid me a lot to do. Hours and Hours. He did it with no complaining. Truly appreciated on my end. I will always stay with NREIG and continue to refer many as well.

Michele Tucker is a true professional. She is responsive and very well versed with just about everything when it comes to investment properties. I would definitely recommend working with her!
