I was shocked that I received the phone call from Ms. Marsha Sanders at Overland Park KS office last week 8/12/21. She called me to review my homeowner insurance policy to see if there is any way to lower the premium. The reason I was shocked was she still remembered her promise to me 2 months ago that she would review it before my next renew. That means she cares about the customer; and what she said. She has been so helpful, patient and professional. She is great! She is The Best.

Marsha Sanders has been my insurance agent for 15 plus years. She has fought for me in one case that stands out but has always taken great care of me and my family.
