I am fortunate to be able to call the Beauchot family personal friends, but any clients of Schultheis Agency are doubly lucky if they can call any member of this family their insurance agent. In August I was passing through Fort Wayne after a family funeral when a truck tire exploded and caused considerable damage to my vehicle. Not only did Adam chauffeur my passenger, his dog, and me to a hotel, but Susan filed the initial claim for me while I scrambled to make plans to get home.and they aren't even my agents; but they will be when my policy renews. Having been an insurance agent myself I am very impressed (and grateful!) by how well organized the Schultheis office and operations are, and how rapidly they respond when help is needed. I never thought I'd need to file a claim, and this family took very good care of me when it wasn't even their responsibility to.
