SCAM! This company has taken over $400 million dollars from consumers. They prey on the middle/low middle class. They will convince them to leverage their 401K (or other retirement accounts), max out their credit cards, and other risky financial decisions. They make a verbal promise that the consumer will make the money back in under 6 months. The owner listed above (Phil S.) PHILLIP W. SMITH, individually and as a principal and owner of NUDGE, LLC, RESPONSE MARKETING GROUP, LLC, and BUYPD, LLC -- Along with OTHER defendants have violated FTC and Fair Consumer Acts. And, evidently still are doing this. S H A M E O N Y O U! I love the live classes. Always informative with the topic and content produced for that specific subject. Any answers you may have can be answered. I've been with this company for a couple of years already and love how there are recorded classes I can go back to and study to perfect the skill. I always recommend this platform to people who ask about it and are interested to learn more! I definitely love the fact that my ROTH account can be linked to be used on their platform. Makes it so much easier to trade!

Joel, is one of the best facilitators I have studied under. His knowledge, and energy is outstanding. I have learned a great deal about options and continue to learn. He has made me a better options and long investor.

Joel's sessions are always excellent. He is communication is clear and engaging with the participants. He answers question openly and without reservation. I have found this program to be of high value, and Joel is instrumental in making it enjoyable and reducing the stress if decision making.

I am very pleased with my experience with Response. I was initially concerned with my BIG outlay of $$$ and how to use the knowledge on a regular basis. The training was informative, it was a lot to take in but Casey was able to turn it into more interesting and educative. I gained so much worth of four year school of education in three days. Not only I became a better student but took action which I think am on the right track. Do what he says and you won't be far from reaching your goals, thank you.

Our Boots on the Ground instructor was very knowledgeable and thorough. Going through all of the steps ourselves really helped us retain more information vs simply attending a lecture. Having a coach to hold us accountable and a support line, really help eliminate some of the fear going into a field we previously knew nothing about. My husband and I feel empowered and we're ready to embark on this journey!

My fiance & I are in the middle of planning our wedding and basically, spending a ton of money! When we attended the 3-day seminar, we both were thinking "this is exactly what we have been looking for!" Someone to teach us how the wealthy think and do business! Instead of thinking that we shouldn't spend money on the education offered in Utah due to our high expenses spent on our wedding, we thought getting educated on wealth will give us the opportunity to pay off our wedding expenses instead!

Response is clearly an educational program that gives you the right tools and knowledge to create your wealth through real estate investing. The support you receive when joining is endless! The staff truly wants you to be successful and will help you in every way possible. I've taken real estate classes locally and it does cost significantly less than the educational program Response offers.

I did learn about real estate in my class and the teacher was awesome as well. However, I did not learn about numerous real estate investing tactics, how and where to find opportunities, saving money when paying taxes, asset protection, and so on. I've learned so much in such a short amount of time. I've read a few of the 1-star reviews and I can't express this enough.

Response is not a scam and they deliver on every penny we've spent. We UNDERSTAND that they are offering knowledge that gives us the opportunity to change our financial future. Now it is up to us to do something with what we've learned! There is a reason they go over our frame of mind and keeping us on the right track.real estate investing is NOT easy! Becoming wealthy is not easy either!

But there is an opportunity here and we plan to take advantage of it in every way possible! Thank you Corey and Matt and everyone else in the Response team for your sincerity and commitment in us to be successful!

At a time in my life that doesn't allow for much extra spending money, my fiance & I decided to make the decision to INVEST a lot of money into RESPONSE training. We are planning a wedding that is already costing a large amount but we feel that our training and education through RESPONSE is critical to our financial goals in life. Had a wonderful time at Boots on the ground. We had a great instructor who really helped us. Lots of common sense ideas. We feel like we have a greater understanding about investing in real estate and how to accomplish our goals. Can't wait til we make our first deal.

So once they get you in the door they sell you a 1000 training class. It's ok but during that course they sell you a very expense course that is fool proof. Then when you tell them you can't afford that, they con you into applying for credit cards to pay for it because they will be paid off before the first payment is due. So you go into credit card debt that you can't afford and u take the course that is mostly tricks and ways to navigate the investment world but don't mention that what they teach is pointless and won't work in an over saturated area.

So you spend the better part of a year trying non stop to apply what u have learned only to realize it don't work and now your very in debt with nothing to show for it. Stay away and keep your money

My husband and I attended the Elite Retreat at Response's corporate office last week. It was very worthwhile! We have been learning so much about trading through the online classes and webinars. But, having 4 days of intense in-person training with Cameron, Joel, Bryan, and others really made everything click! We left feeling ready to hit the ground running.

I signed up for training in trading stock options. And have been very pleased with the program. While I am quite familiar with options, trading them to make money is a new consideration. I recently attended the Elite Retreat in Utah, and met member of the training team, including Cameron States. Cam is one if the key folks doing the online training either recorded or live in webinar formats.

His insights and communication approach was very helpful toward learning the ropes. He is a patient, focused, individual with solid lessons to share. I really appreciated his ideas, trading approaches, and consistent humor to help make his points understood. Can't wait to meet with him again and learn more.

I have attended several of the workshops with the 1 on 1 coaching event being the most recent. Getting advice and guidance from people that have been in the industry for years is definitely a competitive edge. The training and education I have received has been amazing. All of the coaches are great and very patient, as I knew very little about real estate when I started. I have the confidence to go out and make deals! It's also great knowing they are still behind me when I have questions. Education and support makes a huge difference!

I attended their training in Nashville while at a Tony Robbins event and was inspired to pursue further training with Response. Our sales agent, has been the best part of this experience. He is responsive and has given me advice on several deals. However, that is where my positive experience stops. During our training I'll Nashville, we were told that the training would include a "A day with Doug." Where we would have access to Doug and would spend an entire day with him going over his deals and actually possibly visiting a few of his properties.

This did not happen. During the Nashville training, we were told that we were going to have more "advanced" hands on training on the software that was available and that we would be partnered with an experienced investor who would help us "find a deal" while in the class. This was the most frustrating part of the entire trip. We spend 1 hour, of four days even discussing the software.

There was ZERO hands on training. We were constantly hit with sales pitch after sales pitch. If you bought into each thing offered it would have totaled over $13,500. We received ZERO educational value from this "Elite Package Training." DO NOT BUY ANY ADDITIONAL TRAINING FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid $15,000 for this training and all I received was a two hundred dollar a night hotel and the opportunity to pay an additional $13,500 for "more training."

These people are the best group I have ever been associated with. I know that sounds "over the top" but it is the truth. Many groups only focus on getting people to sign up with them or buy their product or service and as soon as you do that they forget all about you. That would never happen at Response they have been with me all the way, alway available and they do what they say they will with no exaggeration.

I have taken longer than most to get through the program but they have been patient and supported me at every step of the way. I couldn't recommend them enough, do yourself a favor and sign with them.

I attended the free workshop at the end of June 2019 and the instructor was very encouraging so I signed up for the training and paid $15K. After an unsuccessful month, they offered me again a 1 on 1 mentorship and was charged another $22K. This is my third month now in the program and still working on finding my first deal. They are very supportive and can easily be reached by a phone call during their office hours. I'm following the system they are teaching us and hopefully my time to reach my goal is right around the corner. When it happens, I will surely post another review.

Just don't. If you want to learn about real estate investing, find a local real estate investor - someone actually doing investing. And see if they'll work with you and split profits in trade for education. This is the smart way to do it. Response will just pressure you and make you feel like an idiot if you don't invest tons of money you don't have to learn stuff that doesn't work in the real investing world.

I can also say that they used celebrity names to gain attention (in our case it was Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins) and those people really were not affiliated at all with this company. Their customer service team is nice but their business and what they teach and all of that is not worth the investment. Find a local investor or REI club and learn that way.

I became a student in 2013. I had high hopes for success but no real estate experience. Through the use of the education, boots on the ground, support and funding I have gone on to complete 40 deals of various types and have earned enough money for retirement shortly. This program has turned our lives around. I still use support and the deal desk often even though it's been almost 6 years. It's so comforting to know a company like this is in my corner.

Such an informative and rewarding experience! The class starts out asking everyone what they for sure want to accomplish from the class, and all focuses are genuinely covered before the end of the weekend! I was especially impressed with the instructor having side time to address questions or focuses that weren't within the main focus of the 3 day class.

Do NOT hesitate to go to Boots On The Ground! You will truly be shown a step by step format for success. I had a list of 10 properties I'd found during the class, 3 of which I'm running the numbers on this week and am prepared to send offers on! I'm amazed.

I went to the free meeting in February 2016. Yes they did then offer a 3 day paid training. Let's be honest, the instructor was very upfront with the fact that there was more training and it would cost. I think to many people are motivated by greed and expect everything for nothing. I did pay for the 3 day training and in less than 30 days I did my first deal.

Yes at the 3 day class they offered the Boots on the Ground training for $25K. Yes they are high pressure sales, but no one twists your arm. My experience was positive and I got a lot out of it. In my first year I did 5 deals (and copies of my HUD1's) are on file with Response. At the training the instructors were very upfront about the number of attempts it takes to do a quick flip.

The numbers i was told was 50:1 up to 75:1. Yes quick flip deals are difficult, but for people with no cash for investing, it is a starting point. It does take a lot of work and i think most people are not willing to put in the work required to be successful. I have done very well and got a great return on my investment in the education. Look this is not for everyone.

You have to be committed to sucuss and be willing to put in the effort. I think to many people throw in the towel after getting a dozen rejections while working quick flip deal. You must be persistent and put in the work. I would be curious to find out how many offers to investors, the people on here put out before quitting.

Scam! Please be aware of this company and their sales tactics. They over promise and under deliver in every aspect of their business model. They misrepresent and overpromise many things that they do not actually deliver. First, they get you in by using a celebrity endorser (which has no relevance to what they are teaching). Then they charge you up to $1000 dollars for a 3 day workshop where they teach you methods that excite you in order for them to sell you on their 25k-30k workshop.

Then they try to up charge you even further for more money for one on one training. If you don't do this you will not be able to close any deals. Their methods are dated. Go ask any legitimate real estate agent. Their goal is to sell you over priced training methods. Please be aware of their "positive" reviews don't actually reflect anyone closing a deal or making any money.

They are just EXCITED PEOPLE who haven't closed a deal. Do your due diligence about this company. They use multiple Company names to lure victims into this high priced training. They also bring in past students who have supposedly succeeded using their methods. Please don't get enticed by a celebrity endorsement. Please join a real estate group who will take you under their wing and not Response. Watch out for their responses on all these review websites. They actually respond just to make themselves look better than they actually are. You will spend more money on their training than a down payment!

I went to one of their two hour real estate "seminars." They gave NO USEFUL INFORMATION but they did a great job of selling the heck out of their three day course (asking price about $1,000). Never once did they even hint that the three day "course" is where they'll try to sell you a second course costing $20,000 or more. That, to me, is DISHONEST. Shame on Kevin O'Leary for lending his name to this scheme.
