I've been a customer off and on with Griffin Insurance since 2011. Time that come where I needed another commercial insurance policy, so I called to speak with Keith and get that started this past Friday morning. Keith told me he would call me back with my quote Friday afternoon. We are closing time I called back since I had not heard from them and spoke with somebody else.
That person whose name I didn't get told me he would call me back on Monday. I told him that I was expecting to call back this afternoon but had not received one and was hoping to get the quote before they close. This guy actually laughed at me and said that wouldn't happen. Sure enough, it didn't. On Monday I called back several times and spoke with Keith again, who seems to have trouble locating the quote and said he would return my call shortly.
That didn't happen. I called back a couple more times on Monday and I left messages for him. Today is Tuesday and I called back and again left at least two messages. No call return. I can only assume they don't want my business anymore. I have spent thousands of dollars with his company and certainly didn't expect treatment like this.

I had recently purchased a home, Griffin Insurance made it easy to switch from renters insurance to homeowners insurance. The prices are so affordable for great coverage. For myself I think what I liked most of all was the ease of communication. I work and it is difficult for me to just get away. Everything was done through email, fax or a phone call.
