An annuity is a contract sold by an insurance company designed to provide payments to the holder at specified intervals, usually after retirement. The holder is taxed only when they start taking distributions or if they withdraw funds from the account. All annuities are tax-deferred, meaning that the earnings from investments in these accounts grow tax-deferred until withdrawal.
This simplified language product provides protection under four coverage parts. Liability coverage is a single-limit (some companies optionally offer split limits). Medical payments covers expenses incurred within three years from the date of an accident. Uninsured motorists coverage is available and underinsured motorists coverage may be added by endorsement.
Businessowners Policy (BOP) is a homeowners'' approach to packaging insurance for businesses. When an amount of insurance on building and/or contents is selected, it automatically includes a broad range of additional coverages for an indivisible package premium. For eligible risks, the policy provides an alternative to the commercial package policy (CPP).

These people dismissed my girlfriend's mother's questions because of her latino accent. Id like to point out she knows a decent amount of English and her daughter was there helping translate. Your employee saying "Im not dealing with this" and hanging up on a woman trying to do business with your company is absolutely deplorable, over an accent.

Super disappointed in the customer service my mother received from Patrick Stevens. I understand that my mother has an accent when speaking in English but it is absolutely APALLING and DISGUSTING that Patrick would say "I don't want to deal with this" and hang up on my mother. Totally and disgustingly unprofessional. We have warned our friends and family that this business discriminates against AMERICAN CITIZENS because they speak with an accent. In 2021 this behavior is shameful and the owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves.

Called to get insurance for a new car and right off the bat, the agent Patrick Stevens was disagreeable. He had trouble understanding us, which is understandable, but the attitude he was giving us was not. He got confused and instead of trying to come to an agreement and help us with insurance (which is his job), he ended the call saying he didn't want to deal with it anymore and to just call Progressive. Very disappointed by this phone call.

Hi yes, Id like to share that my girlfriend's mother who is hispanic had attempted to talk with one of your employees. She knows a decent amount of English, but her daughter was with her helping translate when YOUR employee got upset with her and said "I dont have to deal with this" and hung up, attacking her for her accent. Its deplorable that your company would dismiss someone based on how they speak, especially if a translator is helping as well.

If I could give a zero or negative score I would. When I signed up with them they quoted $404. For three vehicles. I add one and it went up to 660. I was ok with that. They kept saying add your house and it will be cheaper. I sent them my policy so they could make comparable. They never accomplished getting me a quote or assisting in adding the house.
Then without notice my insurance was 991 a month. I asked them to cancel all eft payments and that I was cancelling. They continued to bill me the 991 again and said I didn't give them enough notice. I now have new policy through a reputable agent for 426 a month with my house and 4 cars. I am still fighting the payment of 991 that they say I will only get 560 back from. Avoid this agency

They do not follow through, agents are not on the same page with each other, I asked for my payments to be stopped and signed cancellation. They said I needed to provide two weeks notice when I gave them a month and continued to charge me. Agent blames Frankenmuth Insurance and Frankenmuth blames the agent. In the end the $991.84 they charged me each month will only get a refund of $560 because they added an endorsement in the last month I was cancelling. No one can explain why 4 cars and 4 drivers is 991 a month. Horrible

I needed a homeowners quote on a new house I am purchasing. Talked to the agent then waited a week for him to get back to me. I called back and had to leave a voicemail. Waited another two days and no return call. I called them again and was put in another persons voicemail. Called the office back and the receptionist told me the agent wanted her to put me in the owners voicemail. Even if they didn't want to insure me, I at least deserved a return call. Very unprofessional.
