I have nothing but great things to say about this agency. The staff was great to work with. We were able to do everything by phone and email. I saved a ton of money on my auto and home insurance and also got more bang for my buck. Plus they educated me on coverages that I didn't even know I needed. Definitely give Cusack a shot.

I wish I could be more specific, but take it from me, don't use this agency. You should RUN to absolutely anyone else. They don't actually do anything to help you and by "they" I mean Tracy. They will tell you to call the insurance company yourself-- so then what is the point of having an agent? In fact, be careful with the information they give to you before you end up driving your car without actually being insured.
You don't want to find out after you have a claim that it's not covered because they gave you false information. And if you ask for anything in writing, be prepared to get an attitude filled response, and treated like you just ask for their first born child. I've never NEVER had to deal with a more unprofessional set of people, and they are still holding my policy information/documents hostage.
I would also recommend you don't make anyone upset, because they will do anything they possibly can to avoid helping you with anything else after that. Thankfully I have a lawyer and he can deal with them moving forward. but you don't want to end up in the same position I am. They have been around for a long time, so I guess to them, that means they could care less about losing one person. It's up to you what you choose to do, you have the information, and can make a decision from there, but just remember when you end up burned, I told you so.

Very unprofessional staff. Do not use this company. They will lie to you and give you false information. They told me I was covered on an insurance policy when I wasn't and thankfully I found out before it was too late. I also dared to ask for information in writing and that's what started the end of my professional relationship with this company.
I am trying to get a new agent as I type this review, but Cusack is holding policy documents hostage. They had no issue giving out any information until I asked for their information in writing and I asked "what does an insurance agent do, if I have to call the insurance company myself for information?" so I suggest you don't question them in any way shape or form if you do decide to work with them. Don't ask for proof of anything. And God help you if you have a claim because they will screw you on that too. Go anywhere else if you can, stay far FAR away from this company.
