Services
In 1923 the J.S. Braddock Agency began in the the home of Job Braddock in Medford, with two part-time employees. Since that time, the agency has grown to thirty full time employees with three locations, with the main office still located in Medford. Kathleen M. Scales joined J.S. Braddock Agency in 1974 and continues her responsibilities of running the day to day operations as Resident Vice President. In 2000 J.S. Braddock Agency joined together with The Barclay Group and John A. Latimer became President.

While you have a personal auto insurance policy to cover you and your family vehicles, a separate Commercial Auto Insurance Policy is needed if you own a business that operate everyday vehicles for the business. Commercial Auto Insurance policies can cover company cars, vans, trucks, SUVs and more, although certain vehicles such as tow trucks require a separate policy.

Usually they are great but the last time I called to put a vehicle on insurance was a Wednesday morning, Thursday morning received email back, no phone call, stating that they wouldn't be able to help me until Monday. my new vehicle was stuck sitting at the dealership until I was able to get the insurance on it, and this is after I already traded my previous vehicle in so was stuck without a vehicle until they decided to help.

Braddock Agency has been my all insurance carrier for many years and has saved me money checking quotes with their many insurance companies dealt with. Their service reps. are excellent which helps a lot cutting through carrier red tape and getting you the answers you need for coverage or claims. Drew Balkenhol's customer service was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and helpful. Not only did he remind me about my upcoming policy renewal date, but he found a lower rate for my car insurance! Even when I felt like I was being "that" customer - if you ever worked in the service industry, you know exactly what I mean - he assured me that I was no trouble at all.

From my personal experience I would highly recommend the Braddock Agency specifically Kellie Decker, my agent. She returns calls and gets the answers. She got me an homeowners Insurance policy that I wanted that included specific coverage the other agencies couldn't get me at a reasonable cost. She'll shop the best price for you.
