I asked for additional coverage- Vickey Lester told me they don't offer professional liability- I asked why- within 60 minutes the 4 business liability policies were cancelled. "I understand the inconvenience this creates for you, and I regret this happening" her letter states.

Upshaw does a great job on commercial insurance as well as auto and home. James Brown and Vicki Chaney take good care of us.

I called looking to start a general liability policy for a company. Vicky was extremely agressive on the phone from the beginning of the call refusing to even listen to me explain what I was asking for. I had barely begun to ask and was constantly talked over and shouted at about how I could not start a policy unless I had a policy. I hung up and called another agency close by (Insurica) and they listened politely, asked questions, made suggestions and had an application for the policy I was asking for to me in less than 5 min. I don't know how businesses like Upshaw even stay open. Vicky, I recommend a customer service class or two!
