After having dealt with multiple difference insurance agencies over a dozen years, I switched to Kirby Insurance a few years ago and have never been happier. Stephen and his team always have my best interest in mind and always exude the upmost professionalism. I have my home, vehicles, and life insurance with Kirby and would highly recommend them to any family member, friend, neighbor, or stranger.

A rare gem. BJ Kirby is the place to go for all your insurance needs. Stephen is amazing and the girls delightful. If you want to be treated like more than a number this is where to go!

Do not recommend. We were trying to get Commercial Auto for our business. The process was slow at first which I was completely understanding about due to limited staff & well lets be real, life gets busy & it happens. After about 3 weeks we got all the way to the point of numbers to finalizing the policy with a down payment - when Stephen just literally disappeared.

Every time I call the office he is never there or available to speak. He ignores my emails. The last email I sent I finally was fed up & called him out on ignoring me and to this day still have not heard from him! He left us high & dry while under extreme pressure to get an insurance policy active. Not professional!

I've been with Kirby Insurance for over 40 years. This family owned business provides outstanding service, going above and beyond all aspects of customer service and support. Each and every person I have worked with over the years (shout out to Steve J and owner Ray : ) has been pleasant, professional and responsive to all my insurance questions and needs, for both my home and auto. It's nice to know there are still companies out there who value the importance of true customer service. I highly recommend them!

I contacted Steve based on a recommendation from a family friend and after having the same car insurance company for past 20 years he found me a way more affordable policy with same coverage and kept me updated every step Of the process in changing car insurance providers. Everyone at Kirby is so professional and courteous. I've been with Kirby for years and I am always impressed at the personal service they provide. Steve went out of his way recently to work up various scenarios for all of my insurance needs and saved me hundreds of dollars with nothing extra for me to do but sign the papers.
