Robert A. Kole established Benefit Connections in 2003 with a focus in helping employers in Central Pennsylvania save money and time on their health insurance. In September of 2004, we opened a new office at 2260 Spring Road in the Orrstown Bank Complex. Very soon after that, in January of 2005, we founded a corporation and are now Benefit Connections.

Benefit Connections guided us through obtaining company health insurance, dental, and life insurance with ease. Rob, Rusty and others were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process as easy as it could possibly have been. I dealt with Rosemary I never dealt with buying health coverage before. She was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process and made me feel like she was very interested in making sure she was showing me the best plans that suited my needs. I've recommended her to lots of my friends and will continue to do so. She is very responsive every single time I've contacted her. Every time I request the assistance of Dawn Agar at Benefits Connections she goes the extra mile to address my concerns and assist me with my insurance needs through the Pennie website. She is super professional, responsive and super nice with her customer service. I would highly recommend her to my friends and have given her name to my financial advisor to give to her other clients. Nothing but the best!
