Our Agent Brittni Brooks, was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and extremely helpful when she assisted us with our quotes, and policies. She went out of her way to research topics we had questions on, and the quotes she was able to dig up were much lower than any other agent we tried. She also has a wonderful personality. She made the usually dry process of looking for insurance quite entertaining. I looked forward to my follow up calls with her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a policy.

Great company before they became Guided Insurance Solutions. You used to be able to work with the same agent regularly, have direct communication, and feel like someone was in your corner educating you and helping to navigate insurance. Unfortunately, they switched to being a call center and you get a random representative each time you call. The follow through on issues has left a lot to be desired and getting answers to simple billing questions has become cumbersome. I feel bad because I used to recommend this company wholeheartedly and will likely be seeking services elsewhere now.
