WORST COMPANY EVER! They canceled my policy on 10/30/2021 and today they called me that I need to sign a document to reinstate my policy. The document stated that it was my fault that I loss my coverage when I paid my insurance on 10/12/2021 as I'm supposed to. Then Daniela Hernandez (daniela.hernandez@deltoroinsurance.com) the person who called me, was rushing me to sign while I was working.
I explained to her that I was working and she said that I had to sign right awayif I wanted my insurance reinstated. Apparently the person who was in charge of my account is no longer with the company and she made a mistake of not asking a document. When I read the it's says that it was my fault that I don't had insurance during those days. I called back to the main number and I couldn't speak with a supervisor a have to wait for someone to call me back.
When I called the number where Daniela call me from another person answer and I was 10 minutes between talking to her and be placed on hold and then I was transferred to main number with another person. Then Daniela called me back and she denied our previous conversation. If they really record the calls they just need to listen to our conversation. I was never able to speak with a supervisor/manager.

This company is VERY PROFESSIONAL!I went in to get Auto Insurance and i was helped by DARAMY MARTINEZ.She made me feel super comfortable and no question that i had was too much for her to answer. She broke it down for me and went over and beyond to get me the best quote that was affordable for me. She is Latina and her English is not the best, and i am African American and my spanish is not the best but we understood each other.
I even googled to ask her questions in spanish and she even taught me a couple of spanish words. You can tell that she loves her job. It really shows! She deserves 100 stars but the site only allowed 5.

Only come to del toro if you desperate for insurance and you shouldnt be that desperate. You dont actually get insurance from del toro, theyre actully a insurance broker. The worst thing is, all the requirements you have to do just to get insurance or cancel insurance through them. not really a lot just a hassle compared to actual insurance companies. Sometimes its best to just spend the extra money.
