I heard about Frank through a buddy from a trucking company, I was having problems with my previous insurance company canceling my policy for some stupid reason. Frank was very helpful, and very knowledgeable on commercial policy, he was able to provide me with my policy and my certificate of insurance within days. very professional I would definitely recommend Frank for your auto or commercial insurance policy.

My real estate broker recommended Samantha Tradelius to me when it became apparent that my other broker was woefully incompetent.in that the payment was not sent in properly during escrow, resulting in me getting a letter saying I would have no homeowner's insurance coverage in 3 weeks! In a panic, I called Samatha. She answered her phone, talked me down off the ledge and, to make a long story short, completely handled the whole thing. AND, she did this for me without getting any kind of commission! Unfortunatly the commission had to go to the issuing agent. Knowing this, she went ahead and amended my insurance coverage with the company (as the set-up by the previous broker made no sense, in ways that I could have never picked up on without her expertise) and smoothly transitioned me to Strickler Insurance Co.
As if that wasn't enough to raise her in my esteem, I was in a situation where I had to find a flooring guy to finish my hardwood floors, while I was in another state on vacation (another long story). I called Samantha- she recommended one of her guys, and he did an amazing job, all set up via cell phone.amazing. As someone who has had bad experiences with insurance agents, I can tell you how having the right agent really, really matters.
It matters financially and it matters to having the proper coverage for your particular situation. Samantha and her team member Linzy Williams are uber-knowlegeable, super-friendly, and completely, completely on top of their game.which is the bottom line. Professionals! Strickler Insurance is a family business, and they make you part of that. They are so nice! It's so hard to find a really good deal on insurance, especially for me. I have had a terrible driving record in the past. They were totally cool and helped me out, no matter what situation i got into. This is an expert team of highly skilled professionals that TRULY care about their clients.

I never thought I'd actually write a Yelp review for an insurance company, but these guys are head and shoulders above the rest. They've been my broker now for like 10 years and I wouldn't dream of using anyone else. They're super professional, responsive, personable and I really feel like they're looking out for my best interests and trying to get me the best deal, rather than just up-sell me into more expensive policies.

I've been with Strickler Insurance for 8 years now. Their personalized service is outstanding, if I have any questions there is someone immediately available to help me. When I got hit by a Uhaul truck. Sam, my agent went over all the paperwork from Uhaul and made sure that Uhaul was following through on the necessary repairs and within a reasonable amount of time.
We never really know how good the insurance agency is until we are in a crisis and need them to come through, Strickler came through and took excellent care of me. I'm happy with my insurance rates and Stricklers knowledge of what I need. Thank you Sam and Strickler Insurance I know I can always count on you to take care of me.

Elliott is my insurance agent, and let me tell you, he only knows how to make me happy! Elliott helped me get a good rate for full coverage insurance on my 2007 model vehicle. When the renewal time came around, the premium went up so I called my man Elliott to see what could be done. I hadn't gotten any traffic violations or such, so he took the time to find me a better deal.
He was persistent about following up with me (I'm terrible at answering my phone and checking my messages). I've been a client of Strickler Insurance Agency for over a year and have since referred two friends two this wonderful group and they've both switched. I strongly recommend this business. There was never a time where I felt I was being cheated or lied to.
