I had a horrible experience with them. case workers most of them are nice. but they left on their own and they mistakes have cost me a lot. they have placed my policy into impound account. they have billed me and lender for the same policy same time for years. on a different matter, I had a duplicate insurance with the same insurance company in duplication. despite that i had few insurances with them I never got the refund, but the money was sent to state. as if they could not find me. this latest worker, a woman by name "Tanich"? said to me " find insurance somewhere else." Spoiled, entitled, arrogant approach. all insurance carriers that they have provided had less than stellar rating. never was offered an option or a quote. Only ONE OPTION ONE QUOTE. It makes me very MAD that i have paid all this years and my interest was totally neglected, causing me substantial financial loss.

They used to be a good company, but their customer service has taken a dive and what else does one need a broker for if not service? They have become rude and do NOT seem to want to support their customers. I had been with them since they began and over the last five years, it seems, the customer has to do the work. I have referred much business their way in the past and I am now experiencing great regret, as my referrals have called with poor reports. Avoid this company.

Would be 0-stars if allowed! I was referred to this co last week and i left 3 messages inquiring about possibly getting a BOP policy. I called this Tuesday morning and this person named "Lindsay" was very RUDE and not very helpful at all! She claimed she was out of the office but yet her voicemail did not say that! Obviously she does not check her messages!
I would think as a professional you would do so or at least refer you to another agent that handles this kind policies within the company while they are away. Luckily I found another company that was on top of their game and now I'm insured!

Brian Kadorian has been wonderful to work with over the past several years. He helped us buy home, auto, and personal liability (umbrella) insurance. We have compared his quotes to AAA and Costco, and B&B's suggested insurance providers' quotes were more competitive. Plus, Brian's service is exemplary.

My agent was out of the office as most people are for Holiday break when I received a call from Dave Kern. He was incredibly rude, pushy, and constantly cutting me off when I was speaking. I let him know that I can't deal with any renewals as I'm on holiday break and it's the day after Christmas and I'll wait for my agent (who I've been dealing with for over 15 years) to come back.
He continued to express that he has clients in Europe that he's harassing to pay renewals and spoke to be in a condescending tone. He has the worst customer service skills from anyone I've experienced and I recommend everyone to stay far away from him!

I was shopping for a "wall-in" insurance for my BUSINESS CONDO. Keyword is a business condo and not a personal condo. I contacted many insurance brokers and they didn't get me the correct one or were ridiculously expensive. I contacted BB Premier Insurance and worked with Lindsay Bossuk. I am extremely satisfied with the service. Very fast and to the point. Will shop here again for my other insurance needs.

Veronica is such a wonderful agent. She is always there when I need her. She answers all of my questions and is extremely prompt with returning my phone calls. I bundle my renters and auto insurance through Mercury with her. Also, when I had an accident a few years ago she was there for me every step of the way to provide answers, support, and advice. I will be with her for a long time to come!

Brian Kadorian has been absolutely amazing helping me to buy homeowners insurance on my first ever home. While a big name company refused to insure our future home due to high wildfire hazard, Brian was able to find a couple of options and he wrote long emails explaining the differences and what different things meant, which was very helpful to me as a novice in the insurance department. Brian then went above and beyond and made very helpful recommendations for items ranging from auto insurance to water pressure monitors.
He is so personable on the phone and via email and never made me feel bad for my inadequate knowledge in this field. He was always available when I called and sent prompt email replies. He was recommended to me by my realtor and I'll be recommending him to anyone else I know needing insurance in the future.

We relocated to LA for work, and as we went through the home purchase our realtor recommended B&B for the home insurance. Nancy Nicholson is AMAZING. For new Californians, she made the process literally SEAMLESS and provided immediate feedback and recommendations. Not only that, but for a dual career couple, she made communication a BREEZE. Then, when we had to navigate all our auto and motorcycle insurance, Nancy was immediately on top of it and got us squared away within the day to make sure we were safe on the road. They are like part of our Cali family now and we couldn't think of going elsewhere!

I have been a client of B and B insurance for more than 25 years. Recently there seems to be a lack of responsibility on the part of their agents. This makes me angry. I'd like to pay my premiums and never think about coverage and policy's anymore. Recently in the last three months, I have called to make changes abdceachbtime the different agent got the info wrong.
I just sold a 2002 car, and kept my 2014 car. They removed my 2014 car from my policy. I'm angry. I have to stay home until I can get them on the phone tomorrow morning. Not good B and B. There are other agents out there very happy to help me with my insurance needs.

I have been with Scott Schaffner at B&B Premier Insurance Solutions for a little over a year. I am very impressed with his efficiency and professionalism. When I got off the phone today with Scott Schaffner this morning, I was reminded why it was such a great move when we handed him all of our insurance needs. Scott is on the ball with getting my wife and I the best rates and he's there like this morning when my wife's car was hit and we needed direction as to what to do. I have referred him to my clients and friends and will continue to do so. Scott is one of a kind.

After taking three cars off my policy I felt my premiums were still too high. I checked around and found the same coverage with a major company for $92 a month less. I offered Mercury a chance to match the quote but they couldn't so I cancelled the policy at which point they charged me a penalty for early cancellation. I wonder if they had cancelled me could I slap them with the same unfound penalty? I doubt it. If you insure with Mercury watch your backside and your wallet!

Do not use this company for your insurance needs. I had the misfortune of doing business with Lindsay Bossuk (who, for those keeping score at home, is the daughter of the owner of this business) and have since lived to regret it. Anyone can go on a website and sign up for a quote on insurance. I chose to use a broker because I know I am not an expert, so I decided to put my trust in someone who is and to work with them on selecting the best plan that matched my needs. Unfortunately, B&B did not do this for me.
I was sold cut rate insurance which left me owing an enormous deductible on a non-collision, no-fault claim when $7 over six months would have shielded me from such a liability. The problem is that I was never informed of this. I was never given options. Nothing. B&B does not believe in customer service. Once I signed up for my plan, I never heard from my broker again.
A couple of years ago, when I decided I was overpaying, I contacted another broker, who offered me lower rates. Unfortunately, Mercury Insurance wouldn't allow me to switch brokers, but only then, magically, did I suddenly receive lower rates from B&B. Post aforementioned accident, when I called to discuss my insurance plan, it was like dealing with robots.
How hard is it to show a little human emotion and, you know, ask your client, who just had a car accident resulting in thousands of dollars of damage, if they're ok? That kind of seems like a no-brainer in a customer service business! Instead, all I got was a bunch of "you signed the contract [so you can't blame us!]" When I related my experience to the owner of the business, he had this to say: "I am not sure what you would like me to do." Again, no concern whatsoever. Just that and "I can't tell you that we can make our customers happy 100% of the time." Are these really the kind of people you want to do business with?

This company will do anything and everything to fight for you! I was rear-ended while being 5 months pregnant and Steve Brooks kept me informed and made things very worry free, which is very hard for a pregnant woman. Anyone you speak to will treat you with respect and will take the time to explain what is going on and don't make your "stupid" questions stupid!

A big Thank You to Steve Brooks and his company, B& B Insurance. During a recent claim, Steve successfully negotiated with our insurance company and resolved our claim to our satisfaction.
