I don't often take the time to write reviews but I am so appreciative of the help James and his staff provided me this week and I was so impressed by their willingness to help me out. It's rare to find a business like this with as caring customer service as they have. I called this week to ask for help navigating my health insurance options. Before calling them I was confused about several things and I had a good list of questions. James and his assistant answered all of my questions and they also helped me understand the health insurance industry in a better way so that I now feel more comfortable knowing how to navigate it all better in the future. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future and I definitely recommend them to others.
