Albright Insurance Agency, Inc., originally a division of Albright Title & Trust Company, began operations in 1899 in Newkirk, Oklahoma. The company was incorporated subsequent to statehood and underwrote title insurance, completed farm and single family mortgage loans throughout northern Oklahoma, performed abstracting in Kay County, acted as trustee on various trusts and operated an insurance agency.

Asked for requote on my auto policy. Tried calling many times. No answer. Sent emails with no response. 2 weeks go by and I call and asked about the quote. They had not started and did it over the phone as I waited. Sent a certified letter containing a signed cancel letter. They recieved signature form. Called to verify cancel. No answer. Sent multiple emails after the letter received.
No response. Contacted via messenger on their Facebook page. No response. This over multiple days. Called directly to Auto insurance company ( Not Albright). They said policy still active. Would renew in a couple days. (Gave Albright 2 week notice to cancel). Policy renewed and my account was auto drafted. Now have to wait for my refund.

If I could do no stars I would! Set up what I thought was homeowners insurance with these people. Called to make my payment and was informed that they never turned in paperwork so I paid something for three months even though I WASNT covered and when I got upset they yelled at ME! plus turns out they shouldn't have sold me the policy to begin with because I'm renting to own! Very dissatisfied

Bad customer service got yelled at by someone in charge. What happened to letting the customer vent. I mean after all when you find out you was suppose to have insurance to find out your uninsured for 3 months and then they don't return phone calls and place you on hold for 25 minutes. Well I will be taking my business elsewhere that 300.00 dollars a month they don't get. You know it's sad no one takes responsibility for there screws and act like no big deal. Glad you house didn't burn down or anything.
