Kim took time to look into my insurance policy to find me a better deal without me calling to ask and she also gave me a very good break down of options I could choose from.

Great customer experience. Primary goal was to go with a company for my entire book of business that made the claims experience a positive one. After the derecho, my other company, State Farm was not a positive experience on the claims process. SFD insurance understood what I wanted and matched me up with a great company.

We had a unique and difficult situation due to our weather related catastrophes recently. When other big names wouldn't give us the time of day, SFD made an exception and took our situation into account. Giving us an opportunity when no one else would. Allstate Insurance said no, American Family Insurance said no, Auto Owners Insurance said no, many other big names said no, Sheets, Forrest, and Draper said, let's make this happen. Thank you.

I really appreciate the extra help I received from everyone with my claim from the derecho, changing policy from the estate to homeowner. We have been affiliated with Sheets, Forest and Draper for over 23 years. The best thing I can say that I very seldom think about them. We pay our premiums by autopay and if we need anything we know we can call or e-mail and we get a very quick response. We have no need for more interaction and we are comforted to know they will be there when we need them. We MIGHT be able to get a lower premium elsewhere but we're not. Interested in changing. I'm comfortable that we are getting a good deal.

Your company has always responded promptly with any issues or concerns or just plain questions we may have. The few claims we have had have also been taken care of quickly. The only claim we had issues with was when our sump pump went out and our basement flooded. Other than that one time we have been very pleased and we have actually recommended your agency to friends.

Nicole has been incredible to work with. We recently sold and bought a house. She helped with every step of the way and made the transition very smooth. We also combined coverage on our vehicles THEN sold and bought another one. She was always on the ball! And to top it off, she picked up from our conversation that we are engaged and asked for the wedding date so she could follow up and help us finalize and name changes and policy updates.
