When one connects with high risk insurers one becomes a risk to do business. This agency's connection with insurance companies that do/did NOT have the capital to back it up is an indication of its incompetence and failure to close attention TO THE DETAILS. Customers trusted them to do the job and they FAILED!

Horrible and Rude - Mr Dan, why do you spend so much money advertising and have staff that is so rude. I called for a business, auto and home quote. I was put on hold for 17 min only to have someone answer the phone and tell me that they couldn't help me because there was only one person working there. She seemed very stressed and overwhelmed.
I called back to another office hoping they would have someone who wanted to help me. The same person answered the phone and was so rude. She would not allow me to speak and just said she was the only person answering the phone and I would just have to wait. I understand that companies are short staffed but train your staff you have to kindly speak to people.
I bet you would gain a lot more business but when your staff speaks to customers like by calling I'm inconveniencing them. I can understand why you need to advertise. you may want to refocus those advertising efforts into getting a staff that wants to help people. I'm sure glad there are other insurance agents out there!

I can't believe it, but this was the best customer service experience I have EVER had in my ENTIRE life. Darlisha was so incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She walked me through every step of the way with a clear and concise explanation. She made signing up for insurance (probably one of the most boring chores of all time) so easy and even fun because of her fantastic attitude. I'm SO grateful for her help. If you're looking for insurance of any kind I would advise you to go elsewhere. They are overpriced and just downright rude if you call them with a problem. It took me months to rectify a problem with them. I was given the runaround for 6 months. The problem has just been resolved with an attorney's assistance! SMH!

I had to submit some paperwork for the renewal of my homeowner's policy, which I was not able to submit until the day before the expiration date. My agent Trinette Blackwell called the insurance company and worked with their underwriters, insisting that they look at it right away and ahead of others, due to the urgency of the case. The underwriters did so and my policy was renewed the same day, just in the nick of time. Thank you Trinette!

On Jan. 21st, my mother and I tried to buy insurance at this Dan Burghardt location. We were turned away because my mother doesn't speak English. Stephanie Williams stated it is a company policy, as well as an industry policy, that the agent must be able to speak to the policy holder directly. She said they do not use translators and will never advertise that they will.
Since then, I have looked everywhere to find these policies but there's nothing anything in writing. I have also tried contacting your company for additional clarification but have not received a response.
