I've been with them for several years and when I had an accident where the other person ran a sign and got a ticket. A tomah wi. Female Officer told the poor woman who caused the accident it was 30 percent my fault which was in no way right. But my agent and Kemper wanted more to go with them then me it makes it easy that way but cost me 500. Deductible.
I spent a lot of time squabbling with my appraiser and agent over it. They say I may get some back in a year to a year and a half. Not holding my. I don't right reviews often but felt this was necessary as it costed me a lot of lost sleep and am setting up conference's with the officers to find out how and why they came to that conclusion.
