When we arrived in town over 20 years ago we contacted Sallee Insurance, now Beacon to convert our business insurance from the former owners to ourselves. Josie helped us and did a great job. We then got car insurance and home insurance from you folks. Then we somehow got in touch with Pope insurance in Prescott. We ended up transferring most of our insurance to them. Then, we received an unsolicited request from an Agent out of Texas that only does RV Parks.

They were over $1,000 per year less. WE had to make the switch. I don't know how many years ago that was, but many. Then, we shop insurance almost every year. Our Auto and home are currently with Hartford through AARP. We were Liberty Mutual before that. Currently we have Flood Insurance for our home with Beacon. We have business liability and damage with Rowley Insurance in Texas.

We have a horse liability policy with Pope in Prescott and home and auto with Hartford. We have occasionally shopped insurance with Beacon, but to no avail. We love Josie but unfortunately only the Flood seems to be a good match.

The folks at Insurance Beacon has carried out insurance on our house as well as our vehicles for 25 years. They are excellent and we have received nothing but the best Service! We have had to, unfortunately place a claim on our home. They were right on spot, with the claim, & setting up professional labor to take care of our repairs. They were polite & prompt. I've had renters insurance and home owners insurance over the last 50 plus years and I can say Beacon insurance has been by far the best to deal with in every aspect I've delt with. When buying my home in Wickenburg I talked with several companies and Beacon had the nicest most informative staff of any. I still feel bad that I had to make a claim (1st one ever) but couldn't have been better service - in fact in dealing with my case they did the best job, bet you don't hear that to often about Insurance companies! My sister and I have only needed to use Insurance Beacon once and that was when our hot water heater broke and flooded the garage and my sister's bedroom. They were very good about working with the company who did the repairs to the area in the garage and in my sister's bedroom. They continued to follow up until they had all the information they needed to get us an excellent refund.

Their rates are far better than any other insurance company in the area. My only concern is what might not be covered that is covered by other companies, such as coverage if you take out a rental car. As we have not done that in the last few years, it hasn't been an issue.

We have used this agency since we bought our parkmodel 5 yrs ago. Josee is a great rep. I share the contact info at least once a season. Great service.

Jeff and his crew at Insurance Beacon have been taking care of all my insurance needs for the past 8 years and go out of their way to make everything perfect. They also have done my Federal and State tax returns at a very competitive rate. Overall, a very good one stop shop.

I found Insurance Beacon online and based on reviews, contacted them for quotes for home insurance. I went with them as their rates were good. Later, I added auto but had to link up with my other car insurance in another state. It got fairly complicated and the agent I had originally worked with was not satisfactory, so I asked to work with someone else.

Since my accounts have been serviced by Sharon Eisenhower, I have been extremely happy with her service and her knowledge. She is responsive and understands the complexities of the business. It's kind of all about the agent, really.

I had the best experience yesterday with Adam Ormand. Long story short, we moved to AZ from FL & I thought my agent in FL took care of transferring my car insurance until I got a letter from DMV saying my registration will be revoked due to lack of insurance! Of course, premiums were still being deducted so I thought everything was fine! Wrong, I. panicked, got in touch with Insurance Beacon and Adam really came through to get me out of a jam! He was very pleasant and accommodating, as of 3: 45 yesterday, made me legit with the DMV. Thanks so very much Adam! I highly recommend this agency and Adam!
