Revising again. The owner Pam reached out to me and was very professional and apologetic of my experience. She assured me her firm is working to resolve the issue as of April 21, 2020. Revised review. Simple mistakes were made on my return causing issues getting my refund from the state and IRS. We are talking simple here. Zero return communication from them. Tried phone and email. Nothing, left to deal with this myself. Terrible. This was NOT Kathy. Kathy Olson was awesome to work with. She did a wonderful job of answering my questions and explaining all the aspects of my return.

I had Pam do my taxes last year, after someone else had already done them. I was not comfortable with the outcome of the other person. Pam did some investigating and found something that the other tax consultant missed and saved me a very, very large amount of money. From now on we are having Pam do our taxes.
