In the 32 years I've been purchasing insurance for everything from cars to commercial buildings, Greystone is the undisputed leader in customer service. Greystone Insurance Associates is the BEST. My family has been with them for years and has never had anything but positive experiences with them. They are quick to respond to any questions we have, treat us like people (not numbers) and always look for the best way to meet our insurance needs at the lowest cost to us. I never feel that they are trying to sell us more than we need.
We were a blended family and had four teenage drivers at the same time. Greystone constantly worked with us to help us figure out how much the insurance cost was for each of these teens (since we wanted each of them to cover their insurance themselves) while keeping us all on one policy for a better premium. I know it was difficult to figure out, but they were always willing to do what was needed.
My husband also has business insurance with them and it has really been beneficial. The folks at Greystone Insurance are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing insurance!

I have been extremely happy with my experience at Greystone Insurance Associates, Inc. They have always been very prompt in assisting me with any problems I have had and always willing to help me look for alternate solutions if needed. I feel that the rates are very reasonable. When we purchased our RV, the dealer quoted us insurance with a company he recommended. We checked his quote against Greystone (note Greystone already had our home, auto, umbrella, etc.). Needless to say the dealer was not only higher but his quote was "cash value" and the agent at Greystone caught the difference. So we have "replacement" insurance and we can rest easier regardless of where the RV is parked or traveling. Dot Whitt
