Asked for quote weeks ago. Never heard back. Called back once to follow up and received a quote, but they weren't ready to sign me up and told me they would call back Monday with the details. An entire week passes and I hear nothing. I call today and Deana informs me that she is stuck "between a rock and a hard place" because Steve said that he spoke with me previously about this and he did not want to insure my home.
This was not true at all. I told her this was need to me and asked if I had done something to offend him (I had a policy with him for a short time back in 2015) and she said she didn't know. Very unprofessional and confusing.
