HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 6 weeks after your client hit our home and we never even heard one word from your company. We had to contact you 6 weeks later as we NEVER got one phone call/ email. We had to do all the leg work ourselves and ultimately had to turn it under our homeowners insurance. Would of been nice to have that communicated weeks ago! Absolutely deplorable to not contact us not even once for 6 weeks after the accident.

What a wonderful experience. I have been working with this company for 3 years now and have worked with a few different people here, all of whom are a pleasure to talk to. The communication is top notch and what I like best is that they are always positive no matter the reason I call. Tal Moon and his team have been excellent for us. We've insured home, auto, jewelry, and have term life policies through them. We've had claims with both auto and home, and Tal has made it super easy to get through the process and recoup what we've lost. Also super happy with the low premiums. Can't say enough good about these guys - highly recommended!

This place and the people working there have been extremely responsive to my every question or need.
