I have used AF Goldenbogen for 7 years now for my home and auto insurance. I recently purchased a new home and requested pricing for the new home and auto to go with it. The price was much more expensive than I am currently paying so I decided it might be best to shop for other insurance. Both Connie Gennaro and the owner Allen Goldenbogen have been extremely rude to me since that time. Allen the owner stated "You are shopping for other insurance, what do you expect?" I own a company and understand that sometimes, when the price is as much of a significant difference as it was here ($1,500 a year) that a customer needs to do what is best for their situation. I am shocked at their attitude considering I have given them business for 7 years. But, this is a sure fire way to lose a customer for life.and to gain bad reviews online.
