I had water damage in December of 2021, due a a fairly new roof gutter backup. Paul Yemen was recommended. He is extremely knowledgeable; and has a great personality. After speaking with him, I knew I had the right person. He always returned my calls and addressed all my concerns. My claim was settled and I could not be happier. I highly recommend his services. I had a fire at my hotel. Paul Yemm was recommended. He showed up June 2021, spoke well, and we engaged them. A month later, he sent us an email with everything that he needed; we sent it to him. His office never calls back and he never picks up his cell phone. He has now changed his method and has started reaching out post November. I would continue to follow up as you should.

Great! Paul and company handled everything with my insurance co. 5 Stars!. (9 months later): Here's an update on my dealings with Action Adjustment. I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. Dealt with my ins. co. in every aspect.beginning to end. Got me everything I needed financially, recommended a clean up/restoration crew and general contractor who both did a great job. I strongly do not recommend this company ever to anyone. We had a water leak which caused damage to our basement. I had a very bad experience with Paul and will never forget or forgive what happened to me as a result of doing business with them. Lesson learned and I would never trust this company again. People should be very careful, don't be rushed to sign anything.

The estimate was done wrong. I called many times and sent emails to get status of open claim but nobody responded me ever till I asked to cancel our contract. I would recommend to work with your Ins. Company and contractors. Do not hire a contractor referred to you by the public adjuster. The public adjuster will get part of insurance payment from the contractors and CPR company.

We worked with Paul Yemm and he treated us so good, he was professional, friendly, and he was looking out for our interest.
