Excellent customer service! I had previously used Cowan Insurance for vehicle insurance years ago and they were always very accommodating, reasonable and pleasant. I recently contacted the office again for homeowners insurance and received a quick response and excellent customer service once again! Larry went above and beyond to obtain a quote that I needed immediately and was able to provide us with the coverage we needed. Also, it was awesome to see the same girls at the front desk, that truly shows how well the business in general is ran. Thanks to Lynn, Jessica and Stefanie for always being extremely helpful, patient and kind! Keep up the good work :

My mother had Cowan Insurance for 20+ years with no claims. Had snow damage to roof during the 2015 record snowfall and opened a claim. Insurance dropped her 1 year later with no reason. Now that my mom is older and has limited income, it will definitely be harder to get new insurance. Thanks for nothing, bunch of snakes.
